How do I stop receiving emails for a specific League?

If you are no longer on the League and wish to stop receiving emails or alerts for it:

On the website

1. If you are not already signed in, click the Sign in link on the upper right and sign in.
2. Click your name on the upper right, then select My leagues.
3. Click the Bowler Leagues tab.
4. Click the Remove button under the Actions column for the corresponding league to remove the league.

On the mobile app

1. From the My Leagues oage, swipe left to delete the league.

If you are using the mobile app and want the league emails to stop since you are now receiving alerts:

On the mobile app

1. On the My Leagues page, tap on the icon on the upper left.
2. Tap on settings.
3. Scroll down to Email preferences.
4. Select "No" for "Continue receiving standings and lane-assignment emails?"
5. Scroll down and tap the Update Account button.
