Help - Why I am no longer receiving emails for a league I have subscribed to?

There are several reasons why you would have stopped receiving emails:

  1. Check your spam and/or junk email folder.

  2. For some reason, your league admin obtained a new LeagueID and you are not subscribed to the new LeagueID. See How do I locate my League and/or LeagueID? to see if there is a new LeagueID. If there is, see How do I receive emails (subscribe to) when my league data is updated?.

  3. Your account may have been deactivated due to a "bounced" email, or you unsubscribed from our website. To verify, try Signing in. You will be notified if your account is deactivated. If it is, please Contact us with your registered email address so that we may investigate further.
