How do I register for an account?
Follow our account registration instructions to create your LeagueSecretary account and verify your information.

Open the Tournament Entry page, select an eligible league and bowler, and choose the available tournament options.
Enter a tournamentWhy isn’t my league available?
Your league and bowler must meet the tournament eligibility requirements. Confirm that the league appears under My Leagues, is an eligible adult 10-pin league, and that you have at least nine games bowled.
The bowler name selected under My Leagues must match your first and last name under My Profile.
How tournament scoring works
Which average is used to determine handicap?
We use the same average your league uses for the tournament week.
How is handicap calculated?
Handicap is 90% of the difference between the highest entering average and your average. Fractional results are rounded down.
The calculated value is 59.4, which rounds down to 59.
My league bowls more than three games. Which games count?
The first three games of the league session are used for your tournament scores.
How do I enter my scores?
You do not enter scores manually. Your scores are applied automatically when your League Admin uploads the league data to LeagueSecretary.com.
Why are my scores missing?
Check the following before contacting support:
- Confirm the League Admin uploaded the correct bowling week.
- Confirm your selected bowler name matches My Profile.
- Confirm the league and bowler meet all eligibility requirements.
- Allow time for the uploaded scores to finish processing.
Following tournament results
When does a tournament become official?
Tournaments become official exactly two weeks after their start date. This allows the tournament week to finish and provides an additional week for all league scores to be uploaded.
Why can my placement change?
Placements can change as additional league scores arrive. Results are final once the tournament becomes official.
Where can I view Tournament, Side Pot, and Eliminator results?
Open the Tournaments page and select the appropriate tournament week. You can also open placement links directly from My Tournaments.
