1. If you are not already signed in, Sign in.
   
   
2. Once signed in, click your name on the upper right, then select My Leagues.
   
   
3. Click the "League Admin Leagues" tab:
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Admin icon for the desired league.
   
   
5. Click the "Registered Bowlers" tab.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Email address for the bowler you would like to send a message to. This will open your email application so you can send them a direct email. Alternatively, you can copy the email address and paste it into the "To" line of your email client.
