Using BLS

1. Open BLS
2. Click on "Maint.", then "Recover", then "League from LeagueSecretary.com":
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the required information, then click on the Next button:
   
   
   
   
4. Select the location of where to place the download (Recommended to use the default), then click on the Next button:

Using LeagueSecretary.com

1. If you are not already signed in, Sign in.
   
   
2. Once signed in, click your name on the upper right, then select My Leagues.
   
   
3. Click the "League Admin Leagues" tab:
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Admin icon for the desired league.
   
   
5. Click the "Download Backup Files" tab:
   
   
   
   
6. Click the download icon for the week you would like to download.
