Why do only the bowlers initials appear on the reports?

Within your BLS program, for any Youth League or Adult/Youth League, any bowler that has a date of birth to show that they are 13 years old or younger, the data sent to us tells us to mark that bowler data as Private. This is to comply with COPPA. Due to this, instead of the name, the initials will be displayed.

If you have a bowler that only has their initials displayed, but is older than 13, please correct their date of birth in the BLS program, then reupload current weeks data.
