PLEASE NOTE: We no longer provide any support for BLS Versions 2015 or older. If you encounter upload problems with versions 2015 or prior, please upgrade to the newest version of CDE Software's BLS Program. HOWEVER, below are some of the most common error that may assist you:

How do I locate my League and/or LeagueID?
To locate your League, click on "Center Search" above. If your Center or League is not listed, then your League does not upload to our website.

Why are my standings not updated?
Your standings are uploaded by either your League Secretary or your Bowling Center. If they do not upload the data, we cannot update your standings. Please contact your League Secretary or Bowling Center Management to let them know you want the data uploaded.

How do I register for an account?
Click on the "Register" link on the upper right, in the blue box. Registration is FREE and you will be provided with the opportunity to choose the type of account you want from our Premium Membership packages.

What do I do if I forgot my UserName and/or Password?
If you have forgotten your UserName or Password, click here to go to the Account Access Help page.

How do I change my Username and/or Password?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon, which will appear in the blue box after a successful login. From the page that appears, click on the "My Profile" link. This page will allow you to change any of your registration information.

How do I subscribe to and/or add a League?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the Find My League link.

How do I unsubscribe from a specific League?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler Admin" link. Click on the delete icon for the corresponding League.


League Secretaries

How do I obtain a LeagueSecretary.com LeagueID?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Get a LeagueID" link and follow the instructions on the page.

How do I upload my League data?
Once set up, uploading of your League data is a very simple process. Click here for detailed, step-by-step instructions on uploading your League Data.

How do I delete an upload?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler and League Administration" link. Click on the add icon for the corresponding League under the League Administration (League Secretaries Only) heading. Click on the "Delete an Upload" link. Select a week to delete, then click on the "Delete" button.

How do I change what Center my league is listed in?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler and League Administration" link. Click on the edit icon for the corresponding League under the League Administration (League Secretaries Only) heading. Select the correct Center then click on the "Submit" button.

How do I see who is registered on LeagueSecretary.com for my League?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler and League Administration" link. Click on the add icon for the corresponding League under the League Administration (League Secretaries Only) heading. Click on the "Registered Bowlers" link to view all the people that are registered for your League.

How do I contact my Bowlers?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler and League Administration" link. Click on the edit icon for the corresponding League under the League Administration (League Secretaries Only) heading. Click on the "Contact Bowlers" link. This will enable you to send an email to all the bowlers that are registered for your League.

How do I download my backup files?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler and League Administration" link. Click on the edit icon for the corresponding League under the League Administration (League Secretaries Only) heading. Click on the "Backup Files" link. This will display a page showing you all the files we have stored for you. Click on the download icon for the corresponding backup file. For information on how to restore this file to your CDE Software program, please consult your BLS Manual.

How do I delete or reassign a league that is assigned to me?
If not already logged in, login by clicking on the "Login" icon located on the upper right. Then, enter your UserName and Password on the page provided. Once Logged in, click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "Bowler and League Administration" link. Click on the Delete icon for the corresponding League. This will remove the League from your account. The new person will just need to upload the data for this league and the league will then be automatically assigned to them.

I am getting an error while trying to upload. What do I do?
PLEASE NOTE: We no longer provide any support for BLS Versions 2014 or older. If you encounter upload problems with versions 2014 or prior, please upgrade to the newest version of CDE Software's BLS Program. HOWEVER, below are some of the most common error that may assist you:

MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE LATEST UPDATE FROM CDE SOFTWARE FOR THE VERSION YOU ARE USING. Your issue may already be resolved in the latest update.

1. Ensure you followed the upload instructions EXACTLY -- The upload instructions are available on our How to Upload page.

2. UserName and/or Password is invalid -- if you receive this error, ensure that you entered the correct UserName and Password.

3. You are not the User assigned to this League -- You have entered a LeagueID that is assigned to someone else.

If you have taken over the duties of this League, please have either the original League Secretary OR the Bowling Center Management contact us stating you are now the person who uploads for this League. Be sure to indicate your UserName AND the LeagueID you are trying to upload for.

Double check that you have entered the correct LeagueID: Login with your UserName and Password in the blue box on the upper right. Click on the "My Info" icon on the upper right. Click on the "League Admin" link. The LeagueID should be listed on this page. If it is not, then the League is not assigned to you. If the LeagueID is listed, then ensure you are using the correct UserName and Password within the CDE Software program.

4. Unable to locate Server OR DNS Error -- 99% of the time when this error appears, it is due to a Firewall issue. Try disabling your Firewall, then retry your upload.

If you continue to have issues, please visit the CDE Software Technical Support Boards at http://support.cdesoftware.com/community to see if there is a resolution for your issue. If there is not, post your issue on the boards.
